I wouldn’t trust Ramon Garcia as far as I could throw him. I think his act of giving away his county judge paycheck is mere misdirection. Why else would he go to Austin to fight to allow him to practice law?

Misdirection is used to direct the audience’s eyes and minds to one place. For example:

Take an object in your right hand and pretend to put it in the left hand and then lift the left hand. While you do this (the misdirection) you are doing your dirty work with the right hand. Get it? I keep hearing Ramon Garcia saying I didn’t lose $6 million dollars. Ramon even has Dr. Linda Villarreal, a Health Services District board member saying that Ramon was right. However, Dr. Villarreal wasn’t saying that last year. In the April 19, 2005 “Health district could lose $6 million” newspaper article in the Brownsville Herald, Dr. Linda Villarreal said, “If we don’t do something now, we’re not talking a $6 million loss; we’re talking a $16 million loss.” However, just 8 months later, on the December 13, 2005 “County judge appealing for revoked funds” newspaper article in the Monitor, Dr. Linda Villarreal said, “You cannot lose what you never had.” Ramon Garcia said, in that same article, “They were our share of the dollars that were set aside for this area.” But still you wonder; who’s cheatin who and who’s being true and who dont even care anymore.

Now, I’m not saying Ramon stole $6 million; he just lied about the $6 million. I wonder what else he is lying about. I can’t see it yet, Ramon, but you must be a master at misdirection. But I’ll figure it out. As said by Robert De Niro, I got my eyes on you, Focker.
